Who we are
Blueprint Systems builds custom business systems and websites for trade and service businesses. We are based in Hertfordshire and working across the UK. You can reach us at info@blueprintsystemsco.com or +44 7549 360798.
What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we collect what you type in. That is usually your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address and your message. If you use the demo form, we also collect your postcode, the trade or sector you pick, and the area and radius you choose. If you refer a business, we collect your name and the name and contact details of the business you refer.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to run a real register search for your area if you asked for one, and to prepare for a call or a referral conversation. If you use the demo form, we also send you a short sequence of follow-up emails about the search. Every email tells you how to stop them, and replying STOP stops them straight away. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside Blueprint Systems.
Where it's stored
Your details are stored securely with our hosting provider. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond, and no longer than is necessary. For demo leads, we keep your details while we are in contact with you. If you reply STOP or ask us to stop, we keep only a record that you asked, so we do not contact you again.
Cookies
This site uses standard cookies to keep it working and to understand basic traffic. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your data
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete anything you've sent us. Email info@blueprintsystemsco.com and we'll sort it, usually within a few days. To stop the follow-up emails, you do not need to write - just reply STOP to any email we have sent.
